NexWallet Privacy Notice

This notice explains how NexWallet handles the information needed to organize personal and small-business money documents.

Who operates NexWallet

NexWallet is a product of Nexarra IT Solutions, doing business as Nexarra AI, a DTI-registered sole proprietorship with a Business/Mayor's Permit issued by the City of Mabalacat, based in Mabalacat City, Pampanga, Philippines.

This product notice supplements the Nexarra AI Privacy Policy. The company policy explains Nexarra's general privacy practices, while this notice explains the additional financial-document and workspace data processed specifically through NexWallet.

Information NexWallet handles

NexWallet handles account details, workspace settings, uploaded receipts, bills, SOAs, invoices, statements, payment proofs, extracted fields, confirmed money records, chat messages, and exports that you choose to create.

Money documents can contain sensitive personal or financial information. Do not upload full card numbers, passwords, PINs, one-time passwords, or information you are not authorized to process.

Why the information is processed

The app uses this information to authenticate you, keep workspaces separate, store and organize documents, prepare AI-assisted extraction, answer questions about confirmed records, match a payment proof to a likely bill, and provide the features you request.

NexWallet does not connect directly to your bank, GCash, Maya, or a payment processor, and it cannot move money.

AI document processing

When you ask NexWallet to read a document, the file or rendered document pages are sent to an AI service to prepare structured fields. AI results can be incomplete or incorrect, so every extracted document must be reviewed before it is saved.

For a supported password-protected PDF, the password is used only by the browser to render the file on your device. The password is not uploaded or stored by NexWallet.

Access, storage, and sharing

Authentication, workspace checks, database row-level security, and private file storage are used to limit access to the signed-in user and authorized workspace members. Invite links are controlled by the Business workspace owner and can be revoked.

NexWallet currently relies on Supabase for authentication, database, and file storage; Vercel for application hosting; and OpenAI for requested document extraction and record-aware AI answers. Information is shared with those providers only as needed to operate the requested feature, or when disclosure is required by law.

Retention, cookies, and device settings

Documents and records remain available while they exist in your account or workspace. You can delete supported items in the app and request full account deletion. Limited logs, backups, or records may be retained when reasonably needed for security, dispute handling, service recovery, or legal obligations.

NexWallet uses authentication cookies and a workspace cookie to keep you signed in and select the active workspace. Theme, install-banner, tour, and mobile-navigation preferences can be stored locally on your device. NexWallet does not currently use advertising pixels or behavioral advertising cookies.

Your controls

You can correct extracted information before saving, edit supported records later, and delete individual documents and records in the app. Destructive actions use a confirmation and short undo countdown before the request is sent.

To request access, correction, portability support, or full account and data deletion, email support@getnexarra.com from the email address connected to your account.

Philippine privacy context

NexWallet is designed with the Data Privacy Act of 2012, Republic Act No. 10173, its implementing rules, and NPC Advisory No. 2024-04 for AI systems processing personal data in mind. This statement describes product practices and is not a certification or guarantee of compliance.
