NexWallet Terms of Use
By using NexWallet, you agree to use the product responsibly and to review important financial information before relying on it.
Acceptance and company identity
NexWallet is operated by Nexarra IT Solutions, doing business as Nexarra AI, a DTI-registered sole proprietorship with a Business/Mayor's Permit issued by the City of Mabalacat. By creating an account or using NexWallet, you agree to these product terms and the company-wide Nexarra AI Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
What NexWallet provides
NexWallet is a recordkeeping and money document organizer. It can prepare fields from uploaded documents, help organize confirmed records, show planning information, and answer questions based on the data available in your workspace.
Review remains your responsibility
AI extraction, matching suggestions, summaries, and forecasts can be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for checking the original document and confirming the accuracy of any information you save, share, export, or use for a decision.
No financial service or professional advice
NexWallet does not hold or move funds, process payments, connect directly to banks or e-wallets, approve credit, or provide regulated financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. Consult a qualified professional when needed.
Your account and content
Keep your sign-in details secure and upload only content you have the right to use. You retain rights in the documents and information you submit. You grant Nexarra a limited license to host, process, display, and transmit that content only as needed to operate NexWallet. You remain responsible for records, invite links, and information entered by people you authorize.
Nexarra intellectual property
Nexarra retains all rights in the NexWallet product, brand, software, interfaces, templates, documentation, and reusable technology. These terms do not transfer ownership of NexWallet or permit copying, reverse engineering, resale, or unauthorized commercial exploitation.
Business workspace collaboration
A Business workspace owner can invite and remove members. Members may view or change workspace data according to the product permissions available to them, so owners should share invite links only with trusted people.
Early access availability
NexWallet is currently offered as an early-access product without a paid checkout. Features, limits, and availability may change as the product develops. Any future paid pricing will be communicated before charges apply.
Acceptable use
Do not use NexWallet to violate law, process information without authority, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious content, or misrepresent AI-generated or edited records as independently verified.
Service availability and third parties
NexWallet is provided on a best-effort basis without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free availability. Features may depend on Vercel, Supabase, OpenAI, email providers, device browsers, and other third-party services. Nexarra is not responsible for outages or changes outside its reasonable control.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, Nexarra is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; lost profits or opportunities; or losses caused by incorrect AI output, user-confirmed data, third-party outages, unauthorized workspace sharing, or failure to keep independent source records. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Deletion and service changes
You can delete supported documents and records in the app and request full account deletion through support. The service may be updated, interrupted, or discontinued, so keep exports or source copies needed for your own recordkeeping obligations.
Privacy and governing law
NexWallet data handling is described in the NexWallet Privacy Notice and the company-wide Nexarra AI Privacy Policy, which form part of these terms. These terms are governed by Philippine law. Disputes should first be raised in good faith with Nexarra and, if unresolved, submitted to the appropriate courts of Mabalacat City, Pampanga, without limiting non-waivable rights under Philippine law.
